A faith centered coach, business focused leader, and Fractional HR partner who believes women can be dented but not defeated.

My coaching and HR consulting work is shaped by lived experience, deep faith, and a lifelong motto my daughter and I share: Burkett Girls Never Give Up. I support faith filled women who lead businesses, teams, and families — helping them build clarity, healthy boundaries, and people-first systems without losing themselves in the process.

I believe perseverance and wisdom complement, and that faith-filled, servant leadership was never meant to be carried alone.

My work today is about helping people - Find stability after survival seasons - Lead with integrity and health - Reconnect with who they are and what matters most.
